Hi, my name is Kelvin Williams and I am pleased to welcome you here.

I've been weight lifting since I was 15  years old and now, at the age of 28, I can look back on 13 years of experience. I made a lot of mistakes in the first few years. Both in my training sessions and in my diet, some things didn't go as they should.

I developed this program so that you don't make the same mistakes and can immediately take your training or diet to the next level. I'm giving you the knowledge I've gathered over the last few years. All you have to do is implement.

When I started I was very lean and had trouble putting on mass. My best successes have come from routines that I have built into my everyday life. Fixed training days and fixed meals have helped me immensely personally.
